RFATS 2050 Long Range Transportation Plan Update Public Hearing

The Rock Hill – Fort Mill Area Transportation Study (RFATS), responsible for regional transportation planning will consider adoption of the 2050 Long Range Transportation Plan / Air Quality Conformity Report / Transportation Improvement Plan at its Policy Committee meeting on April 23, 2021 at 12:00 PM.  The public is invited to attend the public hearing at 10:00 AM and provide comments.  The LRTP / AQ Conformity Report / TIP provides guidance to local and state agencies responsible for implementing improvements to the transportation system.  This plan will direct the planning and decision-making for the programming of transportation improvements.

Please be advised that this notice of pubic participation and opportunity for public review / comments will satisfy the MPO Public Participation Plan and FTA’s Program of Projects Requirement for the Urbanized Area Formula Program (Section 5307).
