The meetings are held at noon (12:00 PM) on the 4th Friday of the designated month at the Rock Hill Operations Center unless otherwise noted. Additional meetings may be scheduled if necessary or meetings can be cancelled. Contact the RFATS Director at 803-326-3897. Pubic hearings/ meetings may be held in conjunction with the regular scheduled Policy Committee meetings or separately. Meetings will be advertised and posted to ensure public notice.
